After today's lessons, I thought you might want to try and grow your own 
at home (or bring in your materials and I will help you at school!)
Here are some links to get you started:
Sugar Crystals- grow your own rock candy (but don't eat it at school!
)Glow in the dark crystals
Salt crystals- 3 different ways.
Copper sulphate/sulfate crystals.
As you try this, think about the different properties of these crystals. What crystal system is its growing pattern- what shape is it? What colour? How would you describe it?
